Impact of legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on development of legislation of elective franchise is at least significant. There are various forms of such influence and they do not always correspond to the idea of the court. The legal position is not recognized as sources of law, but they represent impellent when contributes to the improvement of electoral law.
