Studying of the surgical intervention features, restoration of function and clinical results of primary total knee arthroplasty (TKR) in patients with a history of arthroscopy or anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR), assessment of the risk of complications and the proposal of measures for their prevention.Materials and methods. The study included 210 patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty. All patients were divided into retrospective (A - with historyof arthroscopy, B - with history of ACLR and C - with no surgical interventions) and prospective (a, b and c) groups depending of the previous surgery. A comparative analysis of the features of surgery and the postoperative period, functional assessment of the results using the WOMAC, KSS and FJS-12 scales on average 38 months after arthroplasty in retrospective patients and 3, 6 and 12 months in prospective groups were carried out. Based on the received results, additions were made to the preoperative examination and postoperative rehabilitation. Results. The duration of surgery in group A was 81.6 minutes (IU 80), in group B - 97.4 (IU 95) (p function show_eabstract() { $('#eabstract1').hide(); $('#eabstract2').show(); $('#eabstract_expand').hide(); }
