The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of a drug based on Cultimar algae emulsion on the quality indicators of Tsimlyansky chyornyj seedlings. The determination of its effect on the quality of the accretion of grafted grape components and the final yield of first-class seedlings from a stratification chamber and experimental field is the subject of this research. The research took place in the conditions of Rostov Oblast, in a stratification chamber at the research institute as well as in an experimental field there. The objects of the study were cuttings of the Kober 5BB American rootstock variety and Tsimlyansky chyornyj autochthonous technical grade, grafted seedlings, and Cultimar preparation. As a result, it was found that using Cultimar increased the opening of the eyes by 19.2-28.3% and the formation of circular callus by 14.2-24.2%. The final exit from the stratification chamber was 36.6-39.2% higher in the variants using a growth stimulant than in the control variant. The drug proved to be a good growth stimulant on grafted cuttings, improving the quality of plants in the chamber, further examination of grafted seedlings in the school also showed its effect. So, before the excavation, grape seedlings treated with the drug before inoculation had more powerful gains and a larger leaf surface area compared to the control variant. The final yield from the grape school for these variants was also significantly higher than for the variants grown using standard technology. On average, for the three treatment options, the yield of seedlings from the school was 12.6-20% higher than in the control version.
