The effect of intermittent normobaric hypoxia course (PNGT) on the cardiorespiratory system, biochemical composition of the blood in middle-aged adults (30-44 years and 45-60 years). Established that the course PNGT increases oxidative metabolism, improves blood oxygen, reduces sugar, total lipids and low density lipid blood individual adulthood stabilize blood pressure within the physiological range in males 40-60 years.
