The article describes the types of innovations that are responsible for the technological development of international companies. An innovative approach to the implementation of production activities of companies is presented as the only way to maintain high rates of growth in labor productivity and profitability. Recommendations for the implementation of innovations are proposed, the main goal of which is the development of new products and services.
