The impact of demographic reproduction differences on economic integration of the Eurasian Economic Union countries

The article describes the differences in the demographic situation in the EAEU countries, their impact on economic integration capabilities. The author analyzes the influence of young people share to education quality. It requires joint efforts of the EAEU countries for the growth of the labour quality. The article reveals the role of labour migration for two different groups of EAEU countries. the author proposes the necessary changes in the Eurasian Development Bank, and a new concept of legal behavior of migrants, which is important for the development of the common EAEU labor market. In the author's opinion, low life expectancy of the male population of Russia does not allow increasing the retirement age for men.
