In modern society, Internet technologies have penetrated into all spheres of life and penetrated into all aspects of production, life, economic and social development, and the formation of an innovative form for a knowledge society driven by information technologies is attracting increasing attention. Since China entered the WTO, economic and social development has been rapidly advancing, and the economic aggregate has also been at the forefront of the world. In addition to increasingly frequent international cooperation, these events play a more important role in the modernization and effectiveness of communication methods and trade exchanges. The development of e-commerce has played a huge role in promoting, not only reducing the trading distance, enriching global resources, but also increasing the overall benefits. Nevertheless, there are still problems of lack of human resources, risks of informatization, backward management and lack of laws.
