Impact of reforms on rural settlements during post-Soviet period

The article is devoted to structural, economic and socio-economic changes that have occurred in rural areas during the transition to market relations. Particular attention is paid to the fate of the villagers. Transformation before the collective farm, decline of agricultural production is exemplified by the largest farm in the Irkutsk region, the farm Kamensky.
