To obtain a good harvest of any agricultural crop, healthy, friendly shoots are necessary. Under modern conditions, an important point in preparing seeds for sowing is reducing chemical load on seeds by using drugs of biological origin that can increase the natural resistance of plants to diseases due to growth-stimulating, fungicidal activity and immunomodulatory properties. The article discusses data obtained when Vigor Forte plant growth regulator (created on the basis of phytohormone auxin and microelements of plant growth regulator combining a synthetic analogue of growth hormone (auxin) and a corrective complex of NPK and microelements (BATR), Agrovin Mn-Cu-Zn (water-soluble anti-stress fertilizer with microelements (manganese, copper, zinc) in the amino chelate form and complex amino acids of plant origin) and a complex biological drug volume (patent No. 2463759) created on the basis of bioflavonoids of buckwheat, salicylic acid and magnesium salts affected spring barley. It proves to be effective on grain legumes, wheat, potatoes and vegetables, enhances the immune properties of plants, increases the yield by 15-18% depending on the conditions of the year. It is mostly preferred under unfavorable conditions. Seed treatment of spring barley Raushan with aqueous solutions of drugs Agrovin, Vigor Forte and a new biological product increases the germination energy and germination rate by 25.8; 14.4 and 10 %% respectively. The drugs primarily affect the division and stretching of root cells. The advantage of their influence on the development of barley plants is maintained for 20 days of observation.
