The effect of recombinant colicin E2 on blood cell markers in lactating cows with purulent arthritis was studied. The number of leukocytes, neutrophils, interferon alpha, interleukin-4, the index functional reserve of neutrophil extracellular traps were increasing in the blood of animals with purulent arthritis. After 20 days of treatment of cows using recombinant colicin E2, a decrease in the number of the above markers and an increase in the phagocytic were observed. It is established recombinant colicin E2 application was shortened the third cows group treatment period on the five days.
