The long-time minimized tillage of meadow-chernozem soil promoted increasing of total soil microorganisms’ quantity of studying groups in the next row: mold board plowing > subsurface plowing > minimal tillage. The decreasing tendency of total microorganisms’ quantity was after long-term herbicides systematic application, especially for soil fungi, nitrifying and phosphate-destroyer bacteria. This tendency was removed under mineral fertilizer and other chemicalization components effect.

Soil tillage, herbicides, mineral fertilizer, complex chemicalization, wheat after bare fallow, barley, total microorganisms' quantity
