Impact of regime of climate change on China's energy relations with developed countries

The article deals with the China‟s energy ties with the developed countries - the U.S. and European Union nations - focusing on the impact of the international climate change regime on the appearance of the ecological agenda in these relations. It is emphasized that the international regime plays the role of negotiation platform and strategies coordination in China‟s energy planning. Nevertheless, the key role is played by the needs of internal development.
