Influence of the selenium on total quantity of the microorganism and ferments activity of meadow-chernosem soil

For the first time in south forest steppe condition of West Siberia is studied influence of the selenium on the total quantity microorganism and ferments activity of meadow-chernosem soil. Reaction microbial community on selenium depends on dose microelements, type of the organism. The results allow to draw a conclusion about possibility of the use microorganism as test-object at standertization of the selenium contents in ground.
