The effect of season of birth of calves on their growth rate

The article discusses the influence of birth season of calves on intensity of growth and development. It is noted that the highest absolute and average daily gains were observed in calves of autumn and winter seasons of birth. More cost-effective is the use of young cattle autumn-winter season of birth.
