The influence of seasonality and time of day on the operational speed of public land transport

The main traffic conditions, such as the time of year and time of day, affecting the operational speed of public land transport are considered. The dependence of the change in operating speed on each traffic condition is determined and statistical methods for evaluating the results are applied.
