In the modern world, personnel management and employee motivation system play a key role in the activities of any successful organization. Establishment and formation of a favorable socio-psychological climate in the team contributes to a significant increase in productivity and labor efficiency. The key aspect influencing the formation of socio-psychological climate of the team is the system of staff motivation. The question of the need to study the relationship between these two systems is determined by the fact that the motivation system, as well as the socio-psychological climate, determines the potential for effective work of the organization, reflecting the emerging relations of employees among themselves and with the management. The study of the influence of the personnel motivation system on the formation of socio-psychological climate in the team is an important aspect for leaders and managers, as it allows to create a favorable working atmosphere in which employees feel comfortable and maximally motivated. The purpose of the work is to study and identify possible interrelationships between the system of personnel motivation and socio-psychological climate, since it is the climate in the team is the most important factor in the effectiveness of the enterprise and the study of its relationship with the motivation system is now of fundamental importance.
