Impact of social budget expenditures for the welfare of the population

This article examines the social expenditures of the budget, defines their role as a tool for improving the welfare of the population, and evaluates the impact of budget expenditures of a social orientation on improving the welfare of the population. The relevance of the topic is confirmed by the need to increase the efficiency of budget expenditures as a tool for the development of human capital for the purpose of economic growth and competitiveness of the state. The aim of the work is to assess the role of social spending in ensuring GDP growth and income of the population. The solution of the task was carried out in the form of a cumulative analysis of social expenditures of the budgets of the federal and regional levels and the calculation of the budget expenditure multiplier. Methods of analyzing the structure and dynamics of social expenditures of budgets were used in the work, the impact assessment was carried out on the basis of calculating the multiplier of budget expenditures. Conclusions are drawn about the influence of the dynamics of social expenditures of budgets on changes in macroeconomic indicators. A connection has been established between the dynamics of budget expenditures and the level of well-being of the population in Russia. Statistical analysis of budget parameters of the budget system of the Russian Federation is a valuable tool for analyzing the current economic situation and forecasting future trends. The identification of patterns and trends in budget expenditures and revenues makes it possible to assess the effectiveness of the economic policy, identify problem areas and identify areas for adjustment. Based on such data, it is possible to develop more reasonable medium- and long-term plans that take into account possible risks and limitations.
