The article presents the results of data on the wear of the crankshafts of Briggs & Stratton engines of model 115400. The methods for determining the microhardness and carrying out tests for wear are described. The results of studies of the influence of the content of flux components on the physical and mechanical properties of coatings obtained by electric arc metallization (EM) using aerosol fluxing (AF), formed on 45G2 steel GOST 4543-71, are presented.
