The production of soybean-corn fodder substrate intended for growing probiotic crops in the Priamurye region is a topical issue. Experimental data prove that the soy-corn substratum contains trace elements that allow the normal development of the vital activity of microorganisms. The article describes the results and results of a multifactorial experiment conducted to determine the effect of the amount of soy milk and corn broth on the activity of microorganisms in the substrate.
