Of great importance in computer competitive activities are the qualities and capabilities of cyber sporting as: concentration, attentiveness, activity, speed, etc. In fact, these are all those characteristics that are presented to a person engaged in complex operator activities. The relevance of the study of the neurophysiological mechanisms of this «human-machine» interaction is unquestionable. We used the method of electroencephalography to compare the parameters of the beta rhythm of the brain in ten players in the standard game situation of the modern cyber game "Dota 2" before, during and after the game of competitive activity. The study group consisted of 10 students of the RSUFKSYiT specialization in e-sports, aged from 17 to 22 years. The state of functional bioelectric processes in the brain was assessed by the representation of the "rhythm of concentration and activity" (beta-rhythm) in various zones, primarily frontal leads. As a result of the obtained data it is possible to note that the highest expression of high-frequency beta-rhythm that arises with high concentration of attention is observed both directly during the game process and after it.
