The substrates influence on schisandra chinensis rooting under artificial fog

The issues about the effect of substrates on the regenerative capacity of green cuttings of Schisandra chinensis were conducted in 2012 on experimental field in greenhouse with artificial fog. During the experiments rooting, growth and development of green cuttings were marked. According to received information, when we had favorable conditions callus formation of green cuttings of Schisandra chinensis was observed on 10-20th day, rooting - on the 30th day after planting. Schisandra has poor regenerative capacity, that’s why amount of one year plantings reaches 28,0-54,7%.
