Researches the influence of technological factors of honing process on formation the microagnails in details like "valve barrel" are conducted. It is established that at traditional honing the sizes of microagnails increase practically in proportion to size of metal removal and bares granularity. At raster honing owing to continuous change of the movement direction of the cutting grains, being formed agnails constantly are cut off.
