Influence territories of priority development on the stability of the socio-economic system of the region (on the example of the Kamchatka region)

Kamchatka region of Russian Federation have a resource and economic potential. At present time in the Far East region exist serious problems, which prevent plans of economy grew: lack of investment, undeveloped infrastructure, lack of highly qualified specialists. Projects for creation priority development territories may become a new driver of economic growth in the Russian Far East, in the beginning regional level, and international level in the future.
