Type of investment strategy in machine-building companies its influence on their business performance data

This paper is devoted to the treatment of some peculiarities of formation and implementation of investment strategy of machine-building companies. The paper presents an original author’s classification of the investment strategies of the machine-building companies that is based on three criteria. The values of the criteria are determined on the basis of study of the real machine-building enterprises ’ activities over a specified period of time. Some results from the investigation on tendencies and regularities of the interplay between the performance data and the type of the investment strategy are given herein, too. The derived results may be used in preparing regional-level investment activity development programs.
