The impact of economic development levels on the geopolitical position of the European Union

The article examines the influence of the levels of economic development on the geopolitical position of the European Union. The main features of the European Union, the impact of the financial crisis for 2022, as well as the energy crisis on the development of the EU are given. The forecast values of the GDP growth rate and inflation in the EU countries against the background of the current political situation are given. At the end of the article there are proposals for the development of the European Union and strengthening its geopolitical position.
