Dependency of allergic body activity from the level of industrial dust (experimental study)

It was determined that the organizms of young age guinea-pigs (newborns, two weeks, three weeks, month) were the reactive on industrial cotton dust allergen.At repeated parental introducing of special allergen in organizm of beforehand sensebilized animals it was successfully made the special allergic reactions of anaphylactic type including general, local (skin) and mast cells.
