Article is devoted to actual problems of formation the diseases connected with combined influence of social and harmful production factors. At the enterprises of metallurgical profile against influence of complex adverse production factors (including a finely divided dust and aerosols of vanadium pentoxide, manganese and silicon oxides) high level of pulmonary diseases is noted. During too time the irresponsible medical behavior, nicotinic dependence can act as the aggravating factor increasing risk of formation the respiratory pathology that points to need of development the preventive actions without fail including promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
