The influence of the inclusion of gaming aspects in general physical education on the stimulation of educational activity

This article highlights the results of a study aimed at studying the effectiveness of using game elements in the educational process of general physical education and their impact on student motivation. The methodology included a survey of students participating in classes with game elements and a statistical analysis of the data obtained. The results allow us to conclude that gaming techniques have a positive effect on students' motivation to study.
