The study included 65 patients with АG I–II stage (36 men, 29 women, mean age 51,3±6,7 years) who received ozone therapy in patients receiving antihypertensive drugs. According to the results of the ECG in patients with hypertension found that a course of ozone therapy reduces the severity heterogeneity of electrophysiological processes in the myocardium, resulting in a decrease in P-wave dispersion and corrected interval QT. Analysis of the results showed the high-resolution ECG reliably decrease the frequency VLP from 29,2 % (19 people) to 13,8 % (9 persons) (χ 2=4,5; p=0,03), whereas the ALP does not decrease significantly – 26 people (40 %) before treatment and 19 (29,2 %) after (χ 2=1,67; p=0,19). According to the results of spectral-temporal mapping revealed that, given the rate of ozone therapy there was a significant decrease in the total number of local peaks in the QRS-complex and the peaks with low amplitude and high frequency characteristics.
