In 42 patients with arterial hypertension were estimated the effects of fixed combination of perindopril and indapamid for daily profile indices of arterial pressure, left ventricle diastolic function and vascular wall stiffness, as well as correlations between the cardiovascular parameters against a background of hypertensive therapy. It was established that three month course of treatment have led to exertion decrease of pressure indices, normalization of arterial pressure daily profile according to the results of its daily monitoring, the left ventricle diastolic function improvement and main artery walls remodeling regress. Hypertensive therapy has also contributed to the rearrangement of correlations (on the basis of paired correlation coefficient meaning) between the indices of the left ventricle diastolic function and the parameters of vascular wall stiffness in direction to its increase that has reflected the improvement of cardiovascular interaction. The assumption was stated that artery walls remodeling regress in this conditions distinctly manifesting in decrease of the cardio-malleolar index and artery biological age would contribute additionally to the left ventricle diastolic function normalization.
