Influence of economic factors on the development of lease relations in regional forest management

Tendencies and problems in the development of lease relations in the forest management in Russia and in the Republic of Marji El are described in the article. Estimation of influence of forest and economic factors on the development of forest places in the conditions of forest-poor districts is made.
