Implementation of digital technologies as a way to improve the quality of cargo transportation organization

In the article, the author examines the basic requirements that apply to modern Russian freight forwarding companies, as well as the relevance of introducing digital technologies into the management process. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the transport industry is currently undergoing an active digital transformation, which undoubtedly has a positive impact on the work of logistics enterprises.
