Introduction and commercialization of innovations in the health care sphere: international experience

With globalization and economic integration the innovations are becoming an important factor of the country’s competitive strength. The cluster approach is one of the most effective ways of development of the region’s innovation resources. This paper presents national and global experience of formation and functioning of the innovative clusters in the health care sphere. The authors discuss the most essential conditions and prerequisites for the efficient functioning of the innovation clusters.
