Implementation and strategic planning of innovations in machine-building industrial enterprises of the Russian Federation

The scientific article discusses the problems of implementation and strategic planning of innovations in the machine-building industrial enterprises of the Russian Federation. The object of research is medium-tech and high-tech companies in Russia, which are engaged in the production of military and civilian vehicles. The subject of the research is innovations that are actively being introduced into the production process of machine-building enterprises. The purpose of the study is to build a model for introducing innovations into the activities of engineering companies on the basis of the system analysis of the material. For many years, by the authors based on the Tchaikovsky Technological Institute (branch) of Izhevsk Technical University named after MT. Kalashnikov ”, research was conducted to create a scientific basis for the calculation, design and construction of hybrid energy-power plants of transport vehicles.
