Introduction of information technologies in the state infrastructure: stagnant problems and innovative solutions

In this article the perspective possibility of use of information technologies, in particular "strim-technologies" in documenting of office activity is considered and also the possibility to designate «strim - documenting» as a new type of documenting. It is necessary to reveal its importance and innovation for society and also to designate the place in further prospect: possibility of reforming of technological, legal, economic, infrastructure basis of the Russian Federation.
