Implementation of ecology-compensation system to reduce anthropogenic pollution of coastal regions

Modern scientific research becomes convergent. New discoveries often appear on the intersection of various disciplines. Influence of ecological crisis initiates a need of the new noninvasive technologies to manage an ecological safety of the biosphere and requires innovative high-technology developments which are applied in a space industry. We provide the convincing arguments of efficiency of new approach to scientific research on the basis of forming and the experimental implementation of ecology-compensation systems to decrease the anthropogenous pollution of coastal water areas. The approach is a blend of the achievements in ecology, marine science, hydrobiology and high-technology developments of information, metrology, management of an ecological safety, applied ecological calculations, the latest developments in the field of informatics, computer facilities as well as innovative methods of teaching of ecological culture. Such a synthetic approach is utilized in the National Research Center "Kurchatov Institute" and "Institute of N.E. Zhukovsky", as well as in some other international organizations.
