Introduction of the ecosystem approach as a step towards the development of the digital economics of the agro-industrial complex of the region (based on the materials of the Starooskolsky urban district)

The article substantiates the possibility of introducing an ecosystem approach to the management of the region and the municipality. To assess the territorial potential, the analysis of the main characteristics and indicators of economic development of the Starooskolsky urban District for the period 2019-2021 was carried out. The importance and role of the agricultural sector of the economy are determined, the reasons for the decline in its share in 2021 are revealed. The role of managerial influences in the development of agriculture of the municipality and the conditions for the formation of the regional ecosystem of the agro-industrial complex are shown.
