Introduction of new organizational forms of preparation of some groups of the population in the field of civil defense - objective need

In article problems of training of heads of civil defense, officials and employees of governing bodies of civil defense of all levels, and also persons occupied in the sphere of production and service and not included in structure of governing bodies of civil defense are analyzed. On the basis of results of the conducted scientific researches new organizational forms of their preparation are offered and offers on their realization are given.
