The article is devoted to the study of the problem of project management at the enterprise. The definitions of the project and project management are given. The main differences between the projects and the current activities of the enterprise are determined. The advantages of project management methods are listed. The proposed project management methods are proposed to be divided into rigid and flexible. The value of the "iterative waterfall" method is determined. The characteristics of the methods are provided: Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, PRINCE2. A list of methods that reduce the risks of project implementation is proposed.
