The article discussed about the necessity of innovation in the organization. Studied process-oriented approach to the management of the organization and provides data about the effect of the introduction of the process approach. It is expected that the introduction of the process approach should take place together with the introduction of Quick Response Manufacturing, which together will provide a synergistic effect. The implementation results are presented on the example of JSC "Perm Scientific-Industrial Instrument Company".
