In a paper the innovative technology of forecasting the control of parameters at maintenance service of fiber-optical communication lines (FOCL) is considered. The choice of the forecasting strategy is justified. Realiza-tion of the given technology for estimation the efficiency of maintenance service of linearly-cable FOCL buildings by criterion of reliability of functioning is displayed on an example of calculation.
