Amendment of a bid at the discretion of the procuring body in ECJ case law: legal aspect

The article analyzes the EU law rule concerning the amendment of a bid at the discretion of the procuring body. The research discusses the influence of the European Court of Justice and its decisions on the development of this rule. The author draws attention to the absence of a similar rule in Russian contract system legislation on public procurement and the possibility of using the European experience in this field. The scientific relevance of the research is determined by the general trend of improving public procurement system in Russia and the necessity to remove obstacles during the construction of the public procurement contract system.
