Foreign economic cooperation between Russia and China in modern conditions

Relations between Russia and China play an important role in the world, due to their national strength and international status. A comparative analysis of the economies of China, the USA and Russia at the present stage of development is presented. China ‘s foreign policy interests and trade and economic union with Russia are described. It sets out the basis on which Russia should build relations with China in order to neutralize all possible risks to the national economy: 1) dynamic development of economic cooperation without entering into a formal alliance with China, because with the current GDP ratio (5:1 in favor of China) Russian positions on prices and conditions of energy supply would be weakened; 2) forced formation of a single Eurasian economic space from the Far East to Europe inclusive, with retention of leading positions on it; 3) recovery of high economic growth rate at the level of 5-7 % per annum; 4) maintaining the role of a reliable trading partner for Europe, while strengthening economic relations with Germany; 5) the weakening of France ‘s ties with the Atlantic Bloc in order to subsequently form the axis «Paris, Berlin, Moscow.»
