Hybrid foreign policy opportunities and threats to modern Russia: a challenge to society, the state and the elite

The article gives an analysis of the hybrid opportunities and threats to modern Russia. Hybridization of politics and economics is considered as a natural process in the conditions of informatization and globalization. The author explores opportunities and threats of hybrid war, soft power and the situation of fall in oil prices on the Russian examples.
