The experimental data of the influence of synthetic amino acids preparation adding on hen exocrine pancreatic function are presented in the article. It is determined that the amount of pancreatic juice and its enzyme activity (amylase and protease) increase, if the limiting amino acids (lysine and methionine) are brought to the norm.
