Russia’s foreign trade activities with the BRICS group countries

The development of cooperation between the BRICS countries is linked to political and economic conditions as an inevitability against the background of the positions of Western partners taking measures that violate the economic interests of the Russian Federation. The year 2022 has become a starting point in building a vector of economic development based on the development of relations with the BRICS alliance. The article examines the main results of Russia's foreign trade activities with the BRICS countries in 2021-2023. The structure of trade turnover is analyzed. The main mechanisms for the development of economic cooperation with partners and the main directions for the development of foreign trade activities have also been identified.
