Foreign trade activity of the Russian Federation: modern trends and development prospects

In the article analyzes the dynamics of foreign trade indicators of the Russian Federation in the period from 2016 to 2018. Considered the commodity structure of exports and imports, as well as the geographical structure of foreign trade. The authors show a tendency to increase foreign trade turnover in the reporting year, compared with the past and the base. The differences in the commodity structure during the import and export of goods are clearly presented. Identified changes in the geographical structure for the long term.
