One of the tools to attract the necessary employees for successful activity is branding the company as a place whose work will satisfy the needs of these people, in other words, building an employer brand. There are internal (aimed at transformation within the company itself) and external (targeted at potential employees) employer branding. The article describes the areas of activity of an HR specialist on which the construction of the employer's internal and external brand is based.
