Non-stationary activity of libraries and cultural institutions in conditions of military operations

The article presents the abstracts of the report at the XXVI International scientific conference "Librarianship - 2024. (Skvortsov readings)" on the topic "Library in new geopolitical realities", which was held at the Moscow State Institute of Culture on April 16-17, 2024. The importance of understanding the role of books and libraries in modern realities as sources of propaganda is shown. The experience of cultural and educational work of the Moscow State Institute of Culture in the zone of a specially military operation is described.
