Internal problems in the formation of the 6th technological way in the Russian Federation

Nowadays Russia faces acute problem of transition to the 6th technological mode. Significant role in this process is played by the factors that prevent the transition of domestic economy to an innovative path of development. The article highlights the most important, in the author's opinion, internal problems and the factors that impede the development of new technologies.
